At Minikin, we understand that sometimes the product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer exchanges for our Mess-Free Smock Bibs for up to 14 days after delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The bib must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or tear

  • The buyer is responsible for organising the return delivery and delivery costs back to us. We encourage you to use a service that allows you to safely track your parcel

  • Once the bib has been received and reviewed by us, we can provide either an exchange for a different product or a store credit for the value of the returned item, valid for 12 months.

 

Exchanges cannot be provided for:

  • Products not returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Sale products

  • Products that have been used, washed or damaged

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you receive an incorrect or faulty bib on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquire.minikin@gmail.com

 

How to return

Please contact us through our website's contact form or by emailing us directly at enquire.minikin@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Please include your order number and a description of the reason for return in your message.

Minikin reserves the right to decline a return outside of the 7 day period, or on products that are returned to us not in their original condition or packaging.
