At Minikin, we want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, we have a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at enquire.minikin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
Post your item back to us.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your return.

Refunds & Store Credit

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, once the return is received and inspected.
Change of mind returns are issued as store credit (less the original shipping cost), valid for 12 months. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Faults or Discrepancies

Please check over your order upon arrival. In the unlikely event you receive an item with a defect, please email us at enquire.minikin@gmail.com including a photo and brief description, within 5 days of delivery. Products that are damaged as a result of incorrect use are not considered faulty.

If you've received an item different to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we'll organise a replacement as quickly as possible.
