Shipping policy

 

At Minikin, our aim is to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. To ensure this, we proudly partner with Australia Post and Sendle for all our deliveries. 

All orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days (weekend orders will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day). Please be aware that this timeframe is excluded from the shipping timeframes. The advised timeframes are subject to change due to delays caused during the busy seasons.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
All domestic Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express delivery. 

Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) Flat rate of $9.95
Express Shipping (1-5 business days) Flat rate of $14.95
FREE SHIPPING For all orders over $99.00


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)
We are pleased to offer international shipping to New Zealand in association with Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination within the country. 

Standard Shipping (8-14 business days) Flat rate of $20.00
Express Shipping (6-11 business days) Flat rate of $35.00


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package by entering this number on the Australia Post website. If you do not receive an email with tracking details please contact us at hello@minikinlabel.com.au.


SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that Minikin is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or Sendle. However, we will always strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will assist in resolving any issues related to your shipment. 


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY AND LOST PARCELS
Once your parcel has been dispatched from Minikin and is with the shipping courier, the responsibility for the shipment transitions from us to the courier service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and delays or mishaps can occur that are beyond our control. In these instances, while Minikin is not responsible for any delays or missing parcels caused by the shipping company, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.

If your parcel is deemed lost by the courier service, Minikin will organize a replacement order at no additional cost to you. This gesture of goodwill reflects our commitment to customer service and ensures that you still receive the high-quality products you ordered, even in the face of unforeseen shipping challenges. However, please note that refunds are not provided under these circumstances, as the issues with delivery are not a result of Minikin's actions but those of an independent shipping entity.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which is designed to protect both our valued customers and our business from the unpredictable nature of shipping logistics.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. Minikin is not responsible for any customs fees or shippings costs associated with international orders. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order. Minikin is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
